PREP 5 MINS                          I                 COOK 3HRS-OVERNIGHT


  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup desiccated coconut
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina
  • 1 Tbsp SF maple syrup


  • Berries
  • Granola


  1. Place chia and coconut in a jar/container/bowl. Add milk and water. Stir vigorously.
  2. Add blue spirulina and maple syrup. Stir until blended.
  3. Place a lid on and store in the fridge for 3hrs or overnight.
  4. Serve with berries and granola.
