PREP 5 MINS I COOK 3HRS-OVERNIGHT
INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- ½ cup almond milk
- ½ cup water
- 1 tsp blue spirulina
- 1 Tbsp SF maple syrup
Toppings
- Berries
- Granola
DIRECTIONS
- Place chia and coconut in a jar/container/bowl. Add milk and water. Stir vigorously.
- Add blue spirulina and maple syrup. Stir until blended.
- Place a lid on and store in the fridge for 3hrs or overnight.
- Serve with berries and granola.
