PREP 5 MINS                          I                 COOK 10 MINS


  • 1 large banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 scoop protein
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  • Banana
  • SF maple syrup
  • Natural PB
  • Berries


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Heat frying pan with oil.
  3. Pour mixture into the pan and cook until little holes begin to form on the top. Flip the pancake over.
  4. Serve with your choice of toppings.
