  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ – ½ cup SF maple syrup/rice malt syrup (depending how sweet you like it)
  • Dash of salt
  • ¼ cup apple sauce
  • 1/3 – ½ cup dark chocolate chips


  1. Drain chickpeas and pat dry
  2. Place all ingredients, except the chocolate chips, into a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  3. Mix in the chocolate chips.
