INGREDIENTS
- 1 can chickpeas
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- ¼ – ½ cup SF maple syrup/rice malt syrup (depending how sweet you like it)
- Dash of salt
- ¼ cup apple sauce
- 1/3 – ½ cup dark chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Drain chickpeas and pat dry
- Place all ingredients, except the chocolate chips, into a food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Mix in the chocolate chips.
